1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using talentushow.com you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Talent U Show is an online talent competition platform operated by Whiteheart R&E, a North Carolina Limited Liability Company. The Service allows users to participate in talent contests, submit entries, vote for contestants, and potentially win prizes.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under 18 years of age must have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Contest Rules and Entry Requirements

Contest participation requires payment of entry fees as specified for each contest. Entry fees are non-refundable except as required by law. All entries must be original work or properly licensed content. By submitting an entry, you grant Whiteheart R&E LLC, dba Talent U Show a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the contest.

5. Voting and Prize Distribution

Voting requires purchase of votes at prices specified on the platform. Vote purchases are final and non-refundable. Prize distribution is subject to verification of winner eligibility and compliance with contest rules. Prizes have no cash value unless specifically stated. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on cash prizes.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through our secure payment processor. We accept most Major Debit/Credit Cards, Paypal and Google pay.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant us necessary rights to operate the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in vote manipulation, create multiple accounts, submit inappropriate content including but not limited to sexually explicit material and/or nudity, insightful rhetoric, violent content, excessive swearing. Participants (contestants and voters) may not harass other users, or attempt to circumvent contest rules. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any prizes or payments.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,TALENT U SHOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of NORTH CAROLINA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in NORTH CAROLINA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
