About Talent U Show

Talent U Show, founded in April 2025, was created to celebrate the creativity and spirit of local communities across small-town America. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to shine, and that talent grows best in an environment filled with encouragement, connection, and fun.

Through our online and live performing arts competitions, we provide a welcoming stage where people of all ages can share their talents, support one another, and enjoy the excitement of performance. From singers and dancers to actors, musicians, and artists, we invite everyone to take part, make memories, and be inspired.

Talent U Show was founded in April 2025 with the objective of bringing the interest and excitement of national talent competitions to small-town America. It hosts online artistic and live performing arts competitions with a goal of empowering performers and other artists to display their talent to the community, compete with each other, and have a chance to win small cash prizes.

Meet Our Founder

The visionary driving the Talent U Show experience.

Luanne Hall

LuAnne Hall, the founder of Talent U Show, was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Her professional journey began in the financial services world, with a short but memorable detour into facility and event management. After spending several years traveling, LuAnne eventually returned home to Winston-Salem to raise her two daughters.

As her girls grew up, they were drawn to the arts—especially music and musical theatre. Watching them rehearse, perform, and fall in love with their craft opened LuAnne’s eyes to the magic of the local arts community. She saw its passion and creativity, but she also noticed its challenges—especially the lack of spaces and opportunities for artists to share their work, gain recognition, and make a living doing what they love.

Fueled by her entrepreneurial spirit and her desire to support artists, LuAnne decided to do something about it. That idea grew into Talent U Show—a platform built to celebrate creativity, give artists a stage, and create real opportunities for them to earn and grow. For LuAnne, it’s more than just a business—it’s a mission to uplift her community and help artists shine right where they are.
